Jeff Nagel, AIF®, CRPS®, FPQP®
Jeff joined AVZ Wealth Management as a financial advisor in 2015. In his role he focuses on helping clients manage their wealth to reach their goals. He has a proven track record of professional success in relationship-building skills and money management. Mr. Nagel’s expertise is in the areas of asset management, portfolio construction and analysis. Jeff has passed the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 exams, and also holds the New York State Life Accident and Health license. He attended Suffolk County Community College and earned his Associates degree before joining the financial services industry in 2011. He graduated from SUNY Farmingdale in 2015 and received his BBA. Jeff is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) and a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®). In 2017, Jeff became a recipient of Long Island Business News’ 30 Under 30 Award, which recognizes professionals under the age of 30 who contribute to the Long Island community through public service and who have made significant strides in business. Jeff serves on the golf committees for both Mercy Haven and Maurer Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Bellport Golf Club located in Bellport, New York.

What do you think clients would say about working with you?
I make myself available regardless of the time of day and I am committed to doing what is in their best interest.
What inspired you to go into financial services?
I wanted to help people manage their wealth. I have always wanted to do what’s right for my clients and keep their best interests at heart. Some people have had bad experiences with other advisors and I saw the opportunity to make a difference.
Where can someone find you on your days off?
I’d be golfing, boating, or hanging out on the beach.
What’s your favorite meal?
My favorite is definitely chicken parmesan, but I love to try all different kinds of foods.
